Disconnect to Reconnect Keiki Fit Summer Camp!
Healthy Snack included. Keiki will need to bring a lunch, water, and additional snacks if desired.
We will guide your keiki to disconnect from electronic devices and re-connect to their minds, bodies, souls, and peers.
We will explore all areas of wellness including:
Physical Wellness (Cardio, Core Strength, Functional Movements, Stretching & Yoga) Nutrition, Mindfulness, Creativity, Group Work, Positive Thinking, Self Empowerment, and Everyday Life Skills. Keiki are encouraged to bring plenty of water and a sack lunch. The afternoon will include a healthy snack to go along with their nutrition lesson:) Keiki are encouraged to bring a journal to write down their dreams, goals, discovered areas of interest, etc. They will also create daily intentions and affirmations to take home with them.
